CM999 performs age and identity verification. If you cannot confirm you are 18 or older when requested, your account will be suspended and funds held pending verification. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each player may hold exactly one CM999 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonuses voided, and any funds derived from duplicate use being forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your CM999 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. CM999 may verify any details provided against third-party identity databases.
You are responsible for keeping your CM999 account login credentials confidential. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. All CM999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to hold a balance in any other currency. All bets, deposits, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR.
Deposits to your CM999 account can be made via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. CM999 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. Deposits must come from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned less any third-party processing charges, and may trigger an account review.
Responsible gaming deposit limits can be set by the player at any time through the account settings. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits are available. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Decreases take immediate effect.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your CM999 balance within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on your bank's processing time.

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions are met. In the event of any conflict between those offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
New CM999 players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the current Promotions page. The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once per player. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or prohibited wagering patterns — will result in bonus voiding, winnings forfeiture, and may lead to account suspension.
The CM999 VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered players. Tiers advance automatically based on monthly VIP points earned through eligible wagering. Points accumulate on all sports bets, casino games, Aviator, Baccarat, and Ludo wagers at rates published in the VIP Club section.
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during each Monday–Sunday period and credited to your real money balance the following Monday. Cashback rates range from 1% at Bronze to 10% at Diamond tier. Cashback paid under the VIP Club programme carries no wagering requirement and is freely withdrawable.
Tier status is reviewed on the first of each calendar month based on the previous month's point total. A player whose points fall below their current tier threshold will be moved to the appropriate lower tier at the start of the following month. Players retain their tier benefits throughout the full current month regardless of mid-month activity.

All sports bets placed on CM999 are subject to the following rules. These rules cover pre-match and live in-play betting across all sports markets including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball, and esports.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by CM999's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error — including those placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided by CM999 at its reasonable discretion. CM999 will communicate voided bets to the player promptly and refund the stake.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts per selection are displayed at the time of bet placement. CM999 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at any time where it determines this is necessary for risk management purposes. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher betting limits — contact your account manager or CM999 support for details.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the official governing body or, in its absence, the most widely accepted source for that sport. CM999 reserves up to 24 hours after an event's conclusion to settle bets in cases where official confirmation is delayed. Live cricket bets are settled on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result where applicable.
Live in-play odds are offered on selected events. These odds change continuously and CM999 cannot guarantee that any specific price is available for any minimum period. Bets submitted during periods when odds are suspended will not be accepted. Cash out is available on in-play bets where the cash out feature is displayed — the cash out value represents the live market value of your open bet and may be lower than your original stake.
If a match or event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed for the result to stand, bets will be voided unless special "rain rule" markets have been offered and accepted. CM999 will publish specific rules for major tournaments including PSL and international series on the relevant betting page.
CM999's casino section — including Baccarat, Aviator, and Ludo Games — operates using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds provided by licensed software suppliers. All game outcomes are independently tested for fairness.
CM999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or game feature without prior notice, including for maintenance, software updates, or regulatory reasons. Open games in progress at the time of a suspension will be settled or voided as determined by the specific game's rules and the circumstances of the suspension.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's recorded state at the point of interruption. If a round cannot be resolved fairly from the recorded state, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned. CM999 is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
Ludo game entry fees and pots are stated clearly before joining a table. Entry fees are deducted from your real money balance at the moment you join a game lobby and are not refundable once a game has commenced. Tournament prize pools are distributed according to the tournament structure published in the Ludo Games section. VIP Ludo High Stakes tables are accessible to Gold VIP tier and above only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any CM999 content without prior written consent. CM999's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
